I called for a technician to come out and help for my house in Saint Helena. At first, we thought my issue could be a freon leak and would cost thousands to fix. Ricky’s expert team was able to work hard and diagnose the issue further and found it was only a thermostat issue and I paid a fraction of what I had originally expected. Real straight shooters that provide honest feedback and long-term solutions. I will be using them again in the future. A+
My air conditioning unit stopped working in the middle of this heat wave. I looked on the Internet and I saw Rickys heating and air. They had a great rating and I needed service, so I gave them a call that was late last night. Early this morning, they came by, thoroughly checked the system inside and out, and determined that I needed a new thermostat which they had in the truck. They were efficient and polite and educated me on the new thermostat and also what was needed in the future with my system. I would thoroughly recommend them for any job in your home related to air conditioning and heating. I like that they are local, and I thought they were someone I could trust. I will be using them in the future when I have a problem with the systems.
My tech came out and was extremely professional, even walking me through each piece of his maintenance process. Prices are very competitive but the quality of service is unmatched. Will definitely continue to have the semi-annual maintenance done by them!

Wonderful service!! My a/c quit working early Sunday morning and I called them at 8 am and they were at our house within an hour! My tech was very nice and professional and had our a/c fixed in no time! Great customer service and prices! I won’t use anyone else! I also want to add that we paid in cash, and they called us Monday morning to let us know we accidentally overpaid him by $50, and they were sending it back to us. Very honest people!!
I had a cooling emergency and couldn’t get in touch with my regular cooling/ heating service company. But Ricky's answered the phone and after explaining the problem, he offered to come and fix the problem. In my opinion, if a business responds to a call and is willing to come out over a holiday weekend, even if they are not your regular service, then that business holds a high customer care rating. Besides, this business has very high reviews. That says a lot about the integrity of the person and the integrity of the business.
They got there right away, diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes and we were cool within the hour. Thank you Ricky’s!
